Requirements

• Pleasantly communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Navigate computer and email systems after training.
• Accurately follow customer's written or verbal instructions.
• Communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask effectively.
• Be reliable and responsible.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to type at least 40 wpm with speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook & Excel.
• Maintain a positive outlook that positively impacts customers and coworkers.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after order purchase through campaign completion.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams including design, mailing list experts, printing, and mailing departments.
• Ensure client deadlines are met through meticulous organization and multi-tasking.
• Provide flawless, 5-star customer service to ensure client satisfaction with their orders.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Follow customer instructions accurately, whether written or verbal.
• Provide coverage for other areas of the department as needed.
• Maintain composure under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
