About The Position

CoderPad's mission is to create a more inclusive and strong tech community by improving the technical interviewing experience with tools that allow for standardization and consistency, while reducing bias and increasing equality of opportunity. As the global leader in the technical interview space (4,000+ customers in 165+ countries), the Marketing team's goal is to drive awareness and demand for their technical hiring platform and support GTM teams. This role reports to the VP, Marketing and is located in North America, working on Eastern Time.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
  • A track record of building successful, full-funnel campaigns
  • Sharp, plain writing instincts; ability to spot and fix corporate or AI-sounding copy
  • A strong point of view on effective content
  • Experience operating as a senior individual contributor
  • Backbone paired with coachability; ability to push back constructively and accept feedback
  • Comfort owning measurement of messages and formats, understanding what narrative, headline, or format is landing and what needs adjustment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the campaigns that drive the quarter, developing the narrative and creative direction for demand gen and events programs.
  • Manage and share the campaign calendar that drives content themes for all channels.
  • Write and build assets that differentiate CoderPad, turning positioning into thought leadership, campaign content, educational assets, and bottom-of-funnel offers.
  • Run awareness channels including organic social, podcasts, PR, and influencer/partnership content to expand reach and warm audiences.
  • Set the brand bar for tone, voice, and visual consistency across all company assets.
  • Partner closely with Demand Generation, Events, and Product Marketing, providing raw material for their channels and reviewing sales enablement content.
  • Consistently ship full-funnel campaigns (minimum 3 per quarter).
  • Ensure campaigns are trackable from the start for performance attribution.
  • Habitually test and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Build a content engine that does not depend on last-minute efforts.
