Client Services Associate
About The Position
The Client Services Associate provides prompt and accurate financial transactions in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. The role contributes to the development and retention of customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, identifying appropriate cross-selling opportunities, and helping customers select products and services suited to their needs. The associate supports retail branch goals, safeguards customer information, follows regulations and security practices, and represents the Bank at local community and bank-sponsored events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Six to twelve months of bank teller experience.
- Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience.
Responsibilities
- Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Open new accounts and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
- Assist customers with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and other services.
- Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
- Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
- Refer customers professionally to various bank departments.
- Safeguard customer information, adhere to regulations, and maintain security.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.
