About The Position

The Client Services Associate provides prompt and accurate financial transactions in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. The role contributes to developing and retaining customer relationships through exceptional customer service, appropriate cross-selling, and professional referrals. The associate profiles new and existing customers, recommends suitable bank products and services, and helps ensure customer interactions exceed expectations. The position also supports retail branch goals and customer loyalty while safeguarding customer information and following applicable regulations and security practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Open new accounts and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and related customer requests.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Refer customers professionally to various bank departments.
• Safeguard customer information, comply with regulations, and maintain security.
• Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to local community and bank-sponsored events.
