Remote Client Services Associate – No Experience Required
About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Client Services Associate to support clients seeking supplemental benefit options. The role is suited to new or upcoming graduates in business, marketing, or communications, as well as others interested in a service-focused, people-first position. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state. The role involves virtual client consultations, relationship building, client enrollment guidance, and maintaining digital records and follow-up communications. The opportunity includes inbound leads, a flexible schedule, potential renewal-based income growth, and a path toward leadership roles. Candidates should be self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License, if applicable, before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Have a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Be comfortable with virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools.
- Have a self-starter mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Have strong communication and people skills.
- Be self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
- Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus but is not required.
- No prior insurance experience is required.
