About The Position

As a Client Service Supervisor on the Business Insurance team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will provide day-to-day supervision for a team of dedicated professionals and manage an assigned book of business. The role calls for strategic thinking, collaboration, and the ability to balance client needs, team leadership, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. MMA provides business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions, combining the personalized service of a local consultant with the global resources of Marsh.

Requirements

At least 5 years of Business Insurance industry experience, preferably in an agency.
P&C Insurance License or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
Working toward CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.
Demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance carriers and industry appetites.
Ability to work well with producers, client managers, other teams, and across departments.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Sagitta, ImageRight, and/or EPIC.
Industry specialization in Manufacturing or Real Estate.
Management experience.
Agency operations knowledge, including licensing, accounting, and carrier contracts.
Advanced AI and other technology utilization.
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. permanently and on an ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
