About The Position

As a Client Service Specialist, you'll be a key part of our team, assisting clients and supporting account managers. You'll handle client inquiries, process payments, manage minor claims, and ensure smooth policy servicing. No insurance experience? No problem! If you're a problem-solver with strong communication skills, we'll help you get licensed and up to speed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound calls
• Assist personal and commercial lines clients
• Process client payments and endorsements
• Handle glass and tow claims
• Counsel clients on insurance-related questions
• Issue ID cards and update client information
• Prepare and distribute policy documents
• Support account managers and producers as needed
• Strengthen client relationships through engagement
