This role is primarily focused on servicing high-value family client segments within Private Wealth Management. The Client Service Specialist Sr. will act as a senior mentor for other client service associates, providing guidance and feedback on best practices. They will also serve as a point of escalation for resolving time-sensitive client inquiries and handling complex client situations. The role involves collaborating with other functions in Private Wealth to resolve issues, escalations, and special projects. The specialist will be the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day transactions, ensuring a positive client experience, and building relationships for retention and engagement. Responsibilities include managing the new client onboarding process, maintaining client paperwork and electronic data, understanding client business needs to identify value-added services, and performing administrative compliance reviews. The role also involves managing client event requests, event planning, and preparing new bank custody accounts for approval. Ensuring adherence to corporate policy, operational policy, and regulatory guidance, as well as meeting minimum standards of care for all client relationships, are key aspects of this position.
