The Client Service Representative (CSR) at Erie Animal Hospital provides an exceptional experience to clients during every interaction. This role involves performing practice administrative tasks such as record maintenance and appointment tracking, managing practice reception (visitor and telephone), maintaining veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing, and mail services. The CSR applies practical knowledge of practice processes, services, and regulations governing patient treatment and veterinary records to ensure excellent patient care and client experiences. The role also includes relaying lab results and assisting with filling prescriptions. The anticipated schedule is 22-28 hours per week, with afternoons and evenings required.
