About The Position

Chadwell Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join their team. They pride themselves on providing high-quality, compassionate care and a fun, efficient, and educational workplace. The facility is 7,500 square feet and includes separate wards for dogs, cats, and exotics, along with advanced services like radiography, endoscopy, and ultrasound.

Requirements

Veterinary experience is preferred (1 year).
Customer service experience (2 years preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Answering phones and assisting clients with inquiries.
Scheduling appointments and managing client appointments efficiently.
Educating clients about our services and treatments, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
Managing client communication by ensuring follow-ups and updates are delivered in a timely manner.
Handling financial transactions and accurately processing payments.
