About The Position

RSM is seeking a Temporary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our practice. We are looking for a self-motivated, professional, and responsible individual to support our clients through high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day client support activities and helping ensure an outstanding client experience. Additional responsibilities may include meeting with clients, supporting project execution, working directly with client personnel to complete consulting services, and discussing results. The Temporary CSR may also assist with preparing or delivering reports on services performed. Success in this role requires completing client projects efficiently, maintaining a high level of proficiency, and developing a strong understanding of client business objectives.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and commonly used accounting software
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Limited travel

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated understanding of common accounting practices or related certifications (e.g., payroll, bookkeeping, financial statements, reporting, account reconciliations)
