About The Position

This entry-level, on-site opportunity in Pontiac, Michigan is for someone who wants to build a long-term career using customer service skills. No office experience is required. The role supports an exceptional client experience and helps keep loans moving through the approval process. Paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career growth are provided. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift and a 1-hour lunch break. Team members receive guaranteed pay increases every six months during their first three years. Promotion opportunities may be available as early as six to nine months based on performance, and team members may explore other company roles after nine months in the position. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, such as retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services, or warehouse operations.
Previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, or Word.

Responsibilities

Provide professional phone service to clients and internal teams.
Enter, review, and organize loan information and documents within company systems.
Meet daily quality and production goals.
