Sterling Pointe Veterinary Clinic in Lincoln, California, is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team. Requirements

Previous customer service experience is preferred
Veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
A friendly, compassionate, and professional approach
Strong organizational and time-management skills
The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfort handling both routine appointments and unexpected urgent situations
The ability to remain calm and empathetic when clients are worried or emotional
Strong attention to detail
Confidence using computers and learning practice-management software

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Serve as the first and last point of contact for clients visiting the hospital
Create a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and patient
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions
Schedule appointments for general practice and urgent care visits
Help prioritize scheduling needs and communicate urgent concerns appropriately
Manage client communications accurately and efficiently
Check patients and clients in and out for appointments
Maintain accurate client and patient information
Process invoices and collect payments
Assist clients with questions about hospital services, scheduling, and policies
Communicate clearly and compassionately during routine and stressful situations
Coordinate information between clients and the veterinary medical team
Support veterinarians, technicians, and assistants by helping maintain efficient communication
Document client interactions accurately
Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information
Help keep the reception area organized, professional, and welcoming
Support an efficient front-desk workflow in a busy veterinary environment
Help create an outstanding experience for every client and pet
