Requirements

- One year of veterinary or customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and patients.
- Welcome clients and provide personalized, compassionate service in person and over the phone.
- Answer client questions and communicate important information clearly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate the hospital’s daily workflow.
- Maintain accurate client accounts and patient information.
- Admit and discharge patients while providing clients with clear instructions and support.
- Work closely with the veterinary team to create a smooth and positive experience for clients and their pets.
