Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or higher
1 year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours including evenings, weekends
Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Experience with Microsoft Office & iOS applications
Demonstrated time management & prioritization skills

Responsibilities

Timely and accurately execute assigned work tasks to meet customers’ expectations, using company issued computers and electronic equipment for accurate documentation and record keeping
Prepares best-in-class medical device equipment (cleaning, disinfecting, quality validation and routine maintenance), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.
Tracks inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
Contacts customers regarding coordination of delivery and retrieval return of products
Accurately prepare, Pick, Pack, Ship and Receive inbound and outbound shipments using 3rd party partners; Assist in preparation, l oading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
Follows all work and safety instructions and conforms to Company and Departmental policies and procedures.
Maintains a clean, orderly and safe working environment
Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
