Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 1 year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours including evenings, weekends
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & iOS applications
  • Demonstrated time management & prioritization skills

Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurately execute assigned work tasks to meet customers’ expectations, using company issued computers and electronic equipment for accurate documentation and record keeping
  • Prepares best-in-class medical device equipment (cleaning, disinfecting, quality validation and routine maintenance), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.
  • Tracks inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
  • Contacts customers regarding coordination of delivery and retrieval return of products
  • Accurately prepare, Pick, Pack, Ship and Receive inbound and outbound shipments using 3rd party partners; Assist in preparation, l oading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
  • Follows all work and safety instructions and conforms to Company and Departmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a clean, orderly and safe working environment
  • Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
