About The Position

VCA Half Moon Bay Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to provide excellent service to clients and their pets. As the face of VCA, the representative helps build and maintain client trust and confidence and serves as a central point of hospital operations. The role includes welcoming visitors, coordinating appointments, communicating about fees and services, and maintaining electronic medical records and related documents.
