About The Position
As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent the brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients achieve their financial goals. This is a part-time role for 30 hours at the Half Moon Bay Branch in Half Moon Bay, California. The role includes greeting clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, servicing accounts, opening new accounts, helping clients with banking transactions and digital self-service options, and performing branch operations. The position requires compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Employment offers are contingent on review of criminal conviction history under Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming environment by providing attentive, friendly service.
- Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
