Responsibilities

  • As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, work in a fast-paced Banking Center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs.
  • Act as the first line of support, answering questions, assisting with transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the right team members as they work towards their financial goals.
  • Help clients manage their accounts and products, focusing on the client experience and making interactions meaningful.
  • Connect clients to the right CIBC team members who can help them reach their goals.
  • Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client’s shoes to solve problems.
  • Take accountability for client issues and know when to collaborate with others for better solutions.
  • Become a technology expert and introduce clients to mobile banking applications to help them manage their banking needs.
  • Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan.
  • Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.
  • Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients you value them and their communities.
  • Grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and work as one team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities.
