About The Position
Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking reliable, professional, sales-minded individuals who are great on the phone to join our growing Virtual Sales Team at our Sales Office in Orlando, FL. This role involves conducting presentations via Zoom to owners, establishing commonality and building rapport, articulating the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure, and generating sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. All leads are prequalified and provided by the company, so no cold calling is required. The position offers ongoing advanced sales and career training, immersing the representative in a unique career opportunity with amazing perks and advantages.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous commission based sales experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Passion to support our company mission to put the world on vacation
- Internal drive to not only achieve but exceed sales goals
- Ability to overcome objections
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Florida Real Estate License
