About The Position

ADP is hiring a Service Delivery Processing Specialist. This role focuses on helping clients with funding questions for all ADP products, educating them and internal departments on ADP's risk policies, and evaluating client funding behavior to mitigate risk for ADP. The specialist will carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction. The daily focus will be on risk mitigation, working with banking and internal partners, clients, and peers to provide timely resolution. This role involves processing deadlines, reports, and transactions to ensure timely payments. The environment is described as exciting and fast-paced, requiring sound and accurate decision-making under pressure to ensure employee payments and reduce financial exposure for ADP. Requirements

At least one year of experience in a financial service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
Military Experience is also considered.

Nice To Haves

A college degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

Help clients manage their business using ADP solutions, including troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues.
Partner with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools.
Adhere to a daily schedule and organize oneself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls.
Process deadlines, reports, and transactions daily.
Mitigate risk by evaluating client funding behavior.
