Collections & Customer Service Specialist
About The Position
As a Collections and Customer Service Representative, you will conduct a high volume of outbound calls to ATBS clients regarding account balances while providing exceptional customer service. This position is a full time role in-person in our Golden, CO office. Requirements
- Results-oriented with the ability to generate a high volume of outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and good aptitude with numbers
- Strong customer service orientation and customer relation skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or Higher
- 2-3 years of customer service in an office environment
- Experience and demonstrated ability with Excel
