As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. You’ll oversee renewals, handle customer service and marketing to carriers, and independently manage your book of business. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong time management skills, and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, OR High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applied Epic systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and day-to-day representatives.
  • Take a leadership role in the renewal process to deliver timely and high-quality solutions.
  • Independently manage accounts, seek better pricing and solutions, and handle various tasks.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and lines of coverage.
  • Mentor and support team members while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
  • Utilize Gallagher’s systems to maintain accurate client and policy data and improve productivity.
