About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital has an immediate need for a confident, caring, and results-driven Client Service Manager to join our team. The Client Services Manager plays a vital role on our team by handling day-to-day client service operations under the supervision and mentorship of the Practice Manager or Area Leader. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or sponsorship transfer. Applicants must possess unrestricted, current authorization to work in the U.S. and not require future sponsorship for an employment-based green card.

Requirements

3-5 years of proven success in managing professionals in complex organizations, either within veterinary/human medicine, hospitality, or client services industries.
Unrestricted, current authorization to work in the U.S. and not require future sponsorship for an employment-based green card.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Coach client service associates to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing client services and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
Partner with leadership team to schedule client service associates cost-effectively to ensure the provision of sufficient staffing to meet and/or exceed client needs at every shift.
Actively participates as a member of the hospital management team by building positive internal relationships and offering useful feedback, encouragement, support and participation in process-improvement efforts.
Partner with your recruiter for new hire selection or internal transfer to fill open client service positions.
