BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a confident, caring, and results-driven Client Service Manager for their emergency and specialty hospital. This role plays a vital part in handling day-to-day client service operations under the supervision of the Practice Manager or Area Leader. The Client Service Manager will coach client service associates, partner with the Client Service Team Leader on scheduling, and act as an integral member of the management team, serving as a link between the client, patient, and caregivers. They will also participate in process-improvement efforts and partner with recruiters for new hire selection.
