About The Position
The Client Service Associate serves as a friendly point of contact for visitors and helps create exceptional client experiences in a welcoming, customer service-oriented office. The role includes engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. Applicants from all work backgrounds and experience levels are welcome.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
