Client Service Associate
About The Position
Join the tax team as a Client Service Associate and serve as a friendly point of contact for clients visiting the offices. The role focuses on creating exceptional client experiences, building client relationships, and providing essential support. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, prepare tax returns, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged while they wait. You will also learn to answer tax questions, prepare taxes, and guide clients through the stages of the tax interview process. Applicants from any work background or experience level are welcome.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
