About The Position
The Client Service Associate serves as a welcoming, customer-service-oriented point of contact for clients visiting the offices. The role focuses on building relationships, supporting exceptional client experiences, and providing essential assistance throughout the client journey. As part of the tax team, the associate will learn to answer tax questions, prepare tax returns, and guide clients through stages of the tax interview process.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and help ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with past and potential clients.
- Prepare tax returns.
- Distribute marketing materials.
- Keep clients engaged during wait times.
- Learn to answer questions about taxes and prepare taxes.
- Guide clients through various stages of the tax interview process.
