Client Service Associate
About The Position
The Client Service Associate is the welcoming, customer-focused face of the office, helping ensure exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, preparing tax returns, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. As part of the tax team, the associate will learn to answer tax questions, prepare taxes, and guide clients through different stages of the tax interview process. The employer welcomes applicants regardless of work background or experience level and offers tax preparation training and continuing education.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
- PTIN certification is required.

- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
