About The Position

As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting a Commercial Insurance Specialist (CIS) and ensuring exceptional service for our commercial clients. You’ll take ownership of annual client reviews, renewals, and administrative service tasks that keep our clients informed, protected, and confident in their coverage. You’ll deliver consistent, high‑quality service while supporting the growth of the CIS’s book of business - including participating in select sales activities and helping identify opportunities. This role blends organization, client interaction, and behind-the-scenes coordination that directly contributes to the team’s success. Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education (College or University)
  • Licensed in Manitoba for the General Insurance Level 1/2
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
  • A competitive spirit and a desire to deliver a high level of performance
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Team-first mentality
