As a Client Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting a Commercial Insurance Specialist (CIS) and ensuring exceptional service for our commercial clients. You’ll take ownership of annual client reviews, renewals, and administrative service tasks that keep our clients informed, protected, and confident in their coverage. You’ll deliver consistent, high‑quality service while supporting the growth of the CIS’s book of business - including participating in select sales activities and helping identify opportunities. This role blends organization, client interaction, and behind-the-scenes coordination that directly contributes to the team’s success.
