About The Position

RFG Advisory is seeking a Client Service Associate to support independent financial advisors and manage the day-to-day operations of their St. Louis office. This role is for individuals who are task-oriented, value high standards of quality and accuracy, and thrive in an environment that values ownership, consistency, and continuous learning. The Client Service Associate will collaborate with Financial Advisors to provide operational support, improve practice efficiencies, and serve as a key client contact. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the office runs smoothly by supporting daily readiness, coordination, and organization to create a professional and welcoming environment. RFG Advisory is committed to the growth and development of its Associates, offering a mentor program and a 6-8 week onboarding and training program to familiarize new hires with systems, processes, and service standards. Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a client service role within the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and timely customer service to clients.
  • Client Care which includes: phone calls, customizing client portals, general client questions and working with clients to resolve issues.
  • Assist with the collection of data from prospective client.
  • Prepare financial documents including preparation for client meetings.
  • Open and maintain client account records across various custodial platforms
  • Assist with office activities including drafting professional emails and letters, filing, and mailings.
  • Schedule client meetings and client events.
  • Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce and other programs as directed.
  • Understand policies and maintain records required by compliance.
  • Other practice management tasks as needed.
  • Represent the firm professionally both inside and outside the office.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations of the St. Louis office.
  • Open, maintain, and secure the office to ensure a professional, welcoming environment for advisors, clients, and guests.
  • Oversee kitchen, lobby, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the day.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including processing and documenting check deposits in coordination with internal teams.
  • Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and lobby supplies; place routine supply and beverage orders with approved vendors.
  • Proactively identify facilities, supply, or operational needs and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Support office readiness for meetings, events, and visiting advisors or clients.
