About The Position

For Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers (Vontobel SFA), a US licensed Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), we are looking for a Client Associate / Office Manager to join our Miami branch and support the team. This role involves taking ownership and supporting the management of a client portfolio, prioritizing client needs. The position also serves as the single point of contact for all facility management-related topics, ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues promptly, with hands-on support for tasks like minor repairs, furniture assembly, and equipment setup. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is expected for office renovations, general cleaning, or reconfigurations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
• Fluency in English and effective communication skills.
• A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service.
• Good understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office).

Nice To Haves

• Additional languages would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.
• Administer client accounts, including openings, closings, cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, and fiduciary deposit renewals.
• Anticipate new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
• Guide relationship managers in KYC related matters.
• Support relationship managers in the organization of client meetings and preparation of investment proposals.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all facility management-related topics, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.
• Provide hands-on support for facility-related tasks, including minor repairs, furniture assembly, and equipment setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage office renovations, general cleaning topics, or reconfigurations.
