As a Legacy Protection Advisor, you'll help veterans, labor union members, credit union members, and their families understand their supplemental benefit options while building a rewarding career from anywhere in the United States. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam
Professional home office environment
Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, sales, healthcare, education, hospitality, recruiting, or financial services is helpful—but not required.

Responsibilities

Connect with members through scheduled phone and Zoom consultations
Learn about each client's financial protection needs and goals
Recommend supplemental life insurance and benefit solutions tailored to individual circumstances
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing support
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and claims guidance
Maintain accurate digital records while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
