About The Position
Tempest Elite Group is expanding in Atlanta, GA and is hiring a professional, people-focused Client Representative to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals interested in client relations, customer service, account support, business communication, and professional development. No previous client services experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and team support to help new associates learn our services, understand client needs, and become confident communicating with local businesses and professional clientele. As a Client Representative, you will work directly with local business clients throughout the Atlanta area, assisting with service information, account needs, client questions, and ongoing communication. Your primary focus will be creating a professional, helpful experience while building and maintaining positive business relationships.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work full-time and on-site in Atlanta, GA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable communicating with clients and business professionals face-to-face
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage multiple client needs and stay organized
- Willingness to learn and receive coaching
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, account support, hospitality, business services, or another client-facing role is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with local business clients throughout the Atlanta area
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with new and existing accounts
- Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and service requirements
- Provide clear information regarding available services and account options
- Assist with client onboarding, account updates, and ongoing account support
- Respond to client questions and help coordinate appropriate solutions
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication with business clients
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and account activity
- Stay informed on client services, programs, and account updates
- Communicate client feedback and service needs to the appropriate team members
- Support local business outreach and relationship-building initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to provide a professional and positive client experience
