About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and registered Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing firm. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in a CSR role or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently manage projects and follow through to completion
  • Extraordinary attention to detail with a commitment to getting things right the first time
  • Commitment to strict confidentiality
  • Demonstrated a sense of responsibility and ownership of assignments
  • Professional attitude and appearance

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior-level representatives and advisers in delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Process new account applications and account service requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot, research, and resolve client inquiries regarding their accounts.
  • Proactively engage with clients through initiatives such as birthday and thank you notes and sharing relevant articles.
  • Schedule adviser meetings and appointments.
  • Create client financial planning documents to support representatives and advisers.
  • Maintain and update client relationship management (CRM) software (Redtail).
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting documents using industry-standard tools such as Albridge, FI360, and NaviPlan.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, including our primary custodian, Pershing, to facilitate client accounts and transactions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance client service and improve processes.
  • Organize logistics for team events, ensuring successful coordination.
  • Perform administrative duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and greeting clients.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
