About The Position

Exclusively Feline. A Center of Excellence. Cats deserve more than veterinary care that simply happens to include them — they deserve a practice built around them. Cat Care Clinic of Naples is a feline-only practice building an exceptional standard of medicine, patient experience, and client care. We're looking for a Veterinary Receptionist who wants to be part of that. The Role Our Receptionists are a critical part of the experience we create for every client and every cat. You'll be the first person many of our clients meet — your ability to create a calm, welcoming, and knowledgeable experience will set the tone for everything that follows. This is more than a front-desk position.

Requirements

A genuine cat person who understands cats have unique needs and personalities
Warm, approachable, and naturally good with people
Exceptionally dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Calm and compassionate with worried or emotional clients
A strong communicator in person, by phone, and in writing
A team player who takes pride in being part of something better than ordinary
A great attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn matter most.

Nice To Haves

Veterinary reception experience preferred, but we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and their cats with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
Answer phones and communicate confidently about appointments, services, and questions
Coordinate with the veterinary team to keep appointments and patient flow moving smoothly
Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area
Learn about feline medicine so you can confidently represent the care we provide
Contribute ideas that improve the client and patient experience
