About The Position

AO is hiring Remote Customer Service & Sales Representatives to help meet the growing demand for virtual client support. In this role, you'll connect with clients who have requested information, answer questions, explain benefit options, and help them make informed decisions—all from the comfort of your home. This is a customer-focused role where relationship building and exceptional service come first. Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
