About The Position

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting and Staffing is seeking a seasoned, self-directed business development leader to expand its professional search and staffing practice. The Client Relationship Director will build new client relationships, strengthen the practice’s market presence, and create business opportunities across key growth markets. The role calls for an experienced staffing professional who can open doors, develop trusted client relationships, and turn market insight into revenue. The director will collaborate with Cherry Bekaert partners and client-facing teams to identify cross-selling opportunities across recruiting and staffing, tax, advisory, digital transformation, and related services. Success in the first three to six months includes establishing active engagement and referral relationships with Cherry Bekaert partners, acquiring five to seven new clients, and cultivating at least two prospects for services outside the Recruiting and Staffing practice. By six to nine months, the role is expected to generate a consistent flow of requisitions, contribute revenue across permanent placement and temporary staffing, build a strong reputation with clients and internal stakeholders, and maintain an active pipeline of client and referral opportunities. The position offers a competitive draw and commission equal to 50% of gross profit on placements, without caps or accelerators. The advertised pay range is $90,000 to $262,000; calculated pay may include salary, draws, and/or commissions. A sample structure describes a $100,000 recoverable draw with a ramp period. Cherry Bekaert also offers a comprehensive benefits program and access to events and networking platforms.
