About The Position

Animal Medical Center is seeking an experienced Client Relations professional for a part-time role. This position involves managing multiple phone lines, supporting clients during stressful moments, guiding them through care processes, and ensuring a compassionate and efficient client experience. The role is essential for the practice, allowing the individual to utilize and develop their skills in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, friendly, dependable, eager to learn, and able to take initiative. Experience in client relations or veterinary medicine is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people and animals, can remain composed in stressful situations, is organized, and enjoys teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be willing to work closing shifts and rotating weekends.
