About The Position

Gradient is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their needs, explain regulations, and offer solutions to protect their operations. Your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and teamwork will be crucial for excellent service and high standards. This role supports the compliance team by providing essential administrative and back-of-house support. You will communicate with drivers, client representatives, and third-party partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes.

Requirements

High school diploma or some college
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Aptitude for learning new software
2+ years in a client-facing support or account manager role
Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)
