About The Position

Reporting to the Head of CRM, the Client Relations Manager is responsible for supporting the development and management of client development strategies for the region. This role will support in establishing clienteling journeys and help to maintain the client database. This person must possess a thorough understanding of client segmentation strategies and be able to work cross-functionally with various teams to achieve results in a client-centric, luxury retail environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience within Client Relations and a luxury retail environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  • Skilled in Excel with an ability to provide client data and analysis on a regular basis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Possess an understanding of luxury clientele
  • Possess a thorough understanding of luxury client and purchasing behaviors across different channels

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of CRM in driving sales growth and ongoing loyalty from both new and existing clients.
  • Encourage client action planning and one to one outreach programs for identified client segments and monitor ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand and Retail Network to support client activation plans and initiatives (client outreach, gifting, events, etc.).
  • Support VIC Top Client portfolio and provide consistent updates to Management, conduct analysis, and offer recommendations to achieve KPIs.
  • Support Head of CRM in implementing and continuing programs that generate client loyalty and drive sales.
  • Act as an advisor in CRM and support in training new boutique staff, and new corporate employees, on Client Activations and sharing best practices.
  • Provide strategic client targeting recommendations for hospitality and local events, support the client journey and programming in partnership with HQ Hospitality team.
  • Oversee loyalty program execution, including client targeting, gifting strategy, and vendor/invoice management.
