Reporting to the Head of CRM, the Client Relations Manager is responsible for supporting the development and management of client development strategies for the region. This role will support in establishing clienteling journeys and help to maintain the client database. This person must possess a thorough understanding of client segmentation strategies and be able to work cross-functionally with various teams to achieve results in a client-centric, luxury retail environment.
