About The Position

This role is for a remote, full-time, exempt Client Relations Manager focusing on small group clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, ideally within an EAP, health and wellness, or human services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Analytical skills to interpret utilization data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in project management, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.

  • Familiarity with mental health, wellness, and organizational behavior concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the organization and a substantial number of EAP client accounts.
  • Build and proactively maintain relationships with client HR teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand individual clients and strategize regular communications and support.
  • Assess special needs of clients and adjust programming accordingly to ensure satisfaction with EAP services.
  • Perform within a team of Client Relations Managers supporting transactional and performance-specific needs of organizational clients.
  • Be available to be on-call after-hours as part of a shared rotation.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, including service delivery setup, training, and communication plans.
  • Align client-specific goals and organizational culture within the scope of the EAP.
  • Manage accounts efficiently, ensuring fundamental access to all EAP services for members and availability of promotional assets.
  • Provide ongoing support to customer points of contact, addressing inquiries, concerns, or escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to promote EAP awareness and utilization among client employees.
  • Coordinate the delivery of presentations, webinars, and training sessions on EAP services and wellness topics.
