Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with nonprofit clients and community partners
• Support the planning and execution of outreach campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and public engagement programs
• Serve as a professional point of contact for client communications and community inquiries
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and event participants to ensure smooth operations
• Provide consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and engagement success
• Assist in organizing promotional events, community outreach programs, and awareness campaigns
• Contribute creative ideas to improve engagement, visibility, and participation in campaigns
