About The Position
The Client Outreach and Recovery Specialist role focuses on re-engagement of dormant client accounts, improving client experience and financial recovery of unpaid invoices company wide. The specialist completes a bi-monthly call campaign that is targeted toward pending invoice cases with the goal of financial recovery and client retention. The Client Outreach and Recovery Specialist works directly with multiple teams to ensure re-engaged clients are properly tracked forward in the company process flow.
Requirements
- Completes 25+ outbound communication attempts daily using multiple methods to maximize client retention.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for inbound and outbound communication with Veterans (25+ interactions per day)
- Tailor each re-engagement attempt to meet the needs of the case and conversation
- Intracompany Communication regarding Veteran's case to re-direct recently engaged clients moving forward in the company process
- Perform forensic review of account and complete steps outlined by department ensuring each case is transitioned to an appropriate stage
- Enhances department and organization reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Use company policies to efficiently assist our Veterans
