The Client Outreach and Recovery Specialist role focuses on re-engagement of dormant client accounts, improving client experience and financial recovery of unpaid invoices company wide. The specialist completes a bi-monthly call campaign that is targeted toward pending invoice cases with the goal of financial recovery and client retention. The Client Outreach and Recovery Specialist works directly with multiple teams to ensure re-engaged clients are properly tracked forward in the company process flow.
