As a Client Protection Services Specialist in Warsaw, you will monitor daily and monthly reports to identify suspicious or irregular transactions. You will maintain knowledge of Regulation E to effectively assist with the dispute process, including investigations, provisional credit, customer notifications, chargebacks, tracking, and record retention. You will also respond to clients and employees regarding disputes in accordance with Regulation E and Bank policy. Additionally, you will maintain knowledge of Regulation CC to assist with inquiries related to Notices of Delayed Availability and review daily holds for accuracy and potential suspicious activity.
