About The Position

Are you a detail-oriented individual interested in working behind the scenes for a company that cares about your future? Do you enjoy analyzing data and using problem solving skills? As a Client Protection Services Specialist in Warsaw, you will monitor daily and monthly reports to identify suspicious or irregular transactions. You will maintain knowledge of Regulation E to effectively assist with the dispute process, including investigations, provisional credit, customer notifications, chargebacks, tracking, and record retention. You will also respond to clients and employees regarding disputes in accordance with Regulation E and Bank policy. Additionally, you will maintain knowledge of Regulation CC to assist with inquiries related to Notices of Delayed Availability and review daily holds for accuracy and potential suspicious activity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic understanding of bank accounting transactions.
  • Understanding of bank procedures and policies.
  • Personal computer competency with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • One+ year of banking experience strongly preferred.
  • Personal computer competency with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
