The Project Manager – Account Management is responsible for leading cross‑functional projects while serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. This role ensures that client initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with contractual and business objectives. The Project Manager partners closely with Account Managers to translate client needs into actionable project plans, manage expectations, and drive successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle. This position requires a strong balance of project execution discipline and client‑facing relationship management. The ideal candidate excels at coordinating resources, mitigating risks, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction while supporting account growth and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of project management experience
- Experience in client management environment
- BA in business or some other related field
Nice To Haves
- Implementation experience in the health care industry
- Health Insurance knowledge
- CMS knowledge
- Green belt Certification
