About The Position

This role involves managing daily project activities from initiation to closing, ensuring rigorous alignment with Project Management methodology and applicable engineering practices. The Project Lead (PL) will manage Capital Project Management for plant projects, drive design safety and compliance, and ensure fact-based, impartial, and ethical decisions. The PL will be an active member and promoter of their project, potentially managing several small CAPEX projects simultaneously. Responsibilities also include ensuring technical documentation and vendor contract management.

Requirements

• Mechanical /Chemical / Electrical /Civil Engineering Graduate
• Minimum 9 years of work experience
• Experienced to work with USA, Europe customers & multi-location customer teams

Responsibilities

• Manage daily project activities from initiation until closing phases.
• Ensure project activities are rigorously aligned with Project Management methodology & applicable engineering practices.
• Manage Capital Project Management for plant projects.
• Drive Design Safety & Compliance.
• Ensure fact based, impartial and ethical decisions.
• Actively participate and promote the project, potentially managing several small CAPEX projects simultaneously.
• Ensure Technical Documentation & Vendor Contract Management.
