Fraser Health is hiring a Client Partner to drive proactive sourcing and pipeline development for physician recruitment and executive search. This is an 8-month term opportunity, with potential for a longer-term role in the future. This role is ideal for an experienced sourcing specialist who enjoys market mapping, research, talent identification, and building proactive candidate pipelines. Working closely with our Physician Recruitment and Executive Search team, you'll identify and engage physicians and senior leaders across Canada and internationally, helping build strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Reporting to the Director, Physician Recruitment & Executive Search, you'll leverage advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, LinkedIn Recruiter, and executive search methodologies to uncover talent, conduct research, develop target lists, and support complex recruitment initiatives. This role is less focused on high-volume recruitment and more on finding exceptional talent that others can't. We're looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in executive search, talent sourcing, research, or senior recruitment. Strong sourcing capability, curiosity, relationship-building, and the ability to navigate complex markets are essential. Experience supporting physician recruitment or executive search is highly desirable.
