Fraser Health is hiring a Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Client Partner) for the critical recruitment of physicians in the Fraser Health region. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for an experienced, proactive recruiter with strong sourcing and research capability, sound judgment, polished communication, and the ability to deliver end-to-end in complex environments. Reporting to the Director, Physician Recruitment & Executive Search, you’ll join a highly experienced, collaborative team responsible for physician and senior leadership recruitment across the organization. You’ll partner closely with physicians and senior leaders, driving proactive pipelines in national and international MD recruitment involving licensure, accreditation, and coordination with external government and regulatory bodies. We’re seeking someone with 8+ years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally across a mix of Executive Search, professional sourcing, agency, and in-house settings. Strong client partnership, candidate interviewing, and project coordination skills are essential. Previous proactive physician recruitment highly desired.
