Client Partner, Scaled Accounts

Augury
•$120,000 - $155,000•Remote

About The Position

Augury is seeking an organized, execution-focused Scale Client Partner to manage a high-volume portfolio of customers, with a focus on retention, renewals, and consistent customer value. Working alongside a Technical Success Manager, this role oversees the post-sale customer lifecycle and helps customers adopt Augury’s solutions, realize measurable value, and successfully renew their contracts. Unlike traditional enterprise account management, the position emphasizes efficiently managing many accounts rather than building deep relationships with a small number of customers. Success calls for prioritization, structured processes, accurate forecasting, and proactive identification of risks and renewal opportunities across a diverse portfolio. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central US time zones.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or renewal management within software and/or hardware environments.
  • A proven track record managing high-volume portfolios with strong retention outcomes.
  • Experience owning renewals and forecasting, with a focus on predictability and risk mitigation.
  • Background in industrial manufacturing, digital transformation, or process optimization.
  • Ability to manage many accounts simultaneously by focusing effort where it has the greatest impact.
  • Strong process orientation and comfort working within structured, repeatable frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret customer health, usage, and risk signals and take action.
  • Understanding of industrial environments and ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Clear, concise communication skills and ability to deliver value messaging efficiently across a broad customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of up to approximately 100 SMB and mid-market accounts.
  • Prioritize engagement according to renewal timing, risk signals, and growth potential.
  • Manage accounts by exception using dashboards, health scores, and triggers rather than relying on high-touch engagement.
  • Own end-to-end renewal management, including timeline creation, stakeholder alignment, and deal execution.
  • Maintain accurate, data-driven renewal forecasts with visibility into risks, upside, and expected outcomes.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and drive mitigation plans to support predictable renewals.
  • Partner with Sales on pricing, packaging, and applicable lightweight expansion opportunities.
  • Execute standardized, scalable engagement models, such as program reviews and scaled QBRs, to support value realization.
  • Communicate repeatable value narratives tied to customer outcomes and usage.
  • Identify and progress expansion opportunities based on usage signals and customer needs.
  • Use systems such as Gainsight and Salesforce as the source of truth.
  • Execute defined playbooks for renewals, risk management, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain data hygiene, documentation, and visibility across accounts.
  • Partner with Technical Success Managers, Sales, Support, and Product to drive aligned customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate renewal- and risk-related activities.
  • Escalate product or delivery gaps affecting retention in a structured and timely manner.
