Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 18+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT services, consulting, or business transformation leadership.
  • 10+ years leading large-scale delivery organizations within Financial Services and Insurance.
  • Proven experience managing portfolios exceeding $20M+ annual revenue.
  • Strong track record of executive stakeholder management and client relationship leadership.
  • Demonstrated ownership of delivery financials, forecasting, margins, and business performance.
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams across onsite and offshore delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, Application Services, and Managed Services.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep knowledge of Life Insurance, Annuities, Group Benefits, Wealth Management, or Banking domains.
  • Experience supporting Fortune 500 Financial Services clients.
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
  • Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery accountability for a portfolio of Insurance and Financial Services programs and managed services engagements.
  • Drive consistent execution against contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs, quality, budget, and schedule targets.
  • Establish strong governance practices and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Lead complex transformation programs spanning application development, modernization, cloud, data, digital, and business operations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives, business sponsors, and technology leaders.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery performance and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to align delivery strategy with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance value realization and improve client outcomes.
  • Own portfolio P&L including revenue, margin, forecasting, utilization, productivity, and cost management.
  • Drive profitable growth through disciplined financial management and operational excellence.
  • Support commercial negotiations, renewals, change requests, and statement-of-work discussions.
  • Ensure delivery commitments align with approved financial targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Partners, and Sales teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on expanding Capgemini's footprint.
  • Support client pursuits, solution shaping, proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Capgemini's service portfolio.
  • Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and senior delivery leaders.
  • Build high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams across onsite, nearshore, and offshore locations.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and leadership capability building.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion delivery excellence frameworks, quality processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, client governance requirements, and Capgemini standards.
  • Leverage automation, AI, and operational best practices to improve efficiency and client value.
  • Drive standardized reporting, metrics, and executive-level communications.
